Chemical Lipolysis

Chemical lipolysis is a procedure by which the destruction of adipose tissue or localized fat is achieved with the use of phosphatidylcholine. Indications for the aesthetic use of chemical lipolysis are limited to small deposits of localized adiposity in patients with ideal weight or mildly overweight.

It is important to emphasize that the isolated treatment with the Chemical Lipolysis does not thin; only helps in the remodeling of the body contour. The technique of application is the subcutaneous infiltration and not the intradermal infiltration used in the mesotherapy; the substance is injected directly into the fat.

The body regions allowed for treatment are:

  • Abdomen
  • Waist
  • Flanks
  • Hips
  • Under buttocks
  • Internal thighs and knees
  • Infraescapular
  • Preaxillary
  • Inner arm
  • Jowl
